How do you quantify the proper MLM Recruiting activity in your business?

Is there such a thing? You bet. Because if you can’t measure it… how can you improve it?

So first rule is: log it.

Second rule is: measure it.

Here’s a simple system that will put you on the right track. Each day decide what “your number” is. In other words how many people a day are you going to show your business or product.

Come up with a number that is doable EVERY DAY!

We call this “an exposure.” Next and of equal importance is decisions. The formula is then this.. How many people are you going to expose to your company a day and how many decisions are you going to get. I’m sure you can see that an exposure is worthless to you unless you follow-up and get a decision.

Understand that this is a process. You are looking to pile up the no’s because we are going to get a boat load of those, in order to find the yeses.

If you just understand that basic principle you will be way ahead of the crowd and able to focus on the only 2 things that matter…

Exposures & decisions.

The last piece of this concept is tracking your results. You got to know your numbers in order to give yourself a raise!

Track your numbers everyday in your journal. Total them up at the end of the week. Then at the end of the month.

Analyze what you have done. What you have made and what you can improve. Once you do this you will be in control. You will really know what your level of activity is instead of guessing and operating on gut.

Everything in this world is based on a number.
